Bowling Green's Human Relations Commission has honored the Black Swamp Arts Festival Planning Committee with its Honor Roll Award. Barbara Keller (second from left), commission chairperson, stands with BSAFPC  member Earlene Kilpatrick (from left), festival Chairperson Kelli Kling, Linda Brown and Downtown BG liason Barbara Ruland. The award was presented during Monday night's meeting of BG City Council. Kling said the key to the festival is the hundreds of volunteers "that help it run like clockwork."
