Familiar face: Tyler Swerlein PDF Print E-mail

This week’s familiar face is Tyler Swerlein, who has been a full-time police officer with the Walbridge Police Department for the past two years. He recently returned from a deployment at Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan. Swerlein is a member of the 1487th Army National Guard unit from Piqua, Ohio. He was stationed there from January 2013 through early October. He is a 2008 graduate of Rossford High School. (J.D. Pooley/Sentinel-Tribune)
