Charlie Ladd, who will retire next week from Thayer Family Dealerships where he has worked for more than
13 years as a body tech, is this week’s familiar face. A native of Pemberville, Ladd and his wife, Jean,
have four children and seven grandchildren. They have been married for 36 years. Ladd plans to do more
fishing.
