Driver injured in Rt. 18 crash PDF Print E-mail

HOYTVILLE - One woman was injured in a crash on Ohio 18 just east of the village Tuesday.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office reports that at 10:52 p.m. Brooke Helton, Defiance, was westbound on Route 18 just west of Range Line Road when a passenger tire of her vehicle went off the road.
The vehicle then spun off the south side of the roadway.
Helton sustained incapacitating injuries and was taken to Wood County Hospital by McComb EMS. She was not wearing a seatbelt in the incident. Helton was not listed in the hospital this morning.
