County trio indicted for burglary PDF Print E-mail

Three northern Wood County men have been indicted as co-defendants for burglary. They were among 16 people indicted by the March 6 session of the grand jury.
Derek Robert Roy Daly, 18, and Elijah Michael Parsons-Gugle, 19, both of Northwood, along with Jacob Thomas Oakley, 18, of Walbridge, were each charged with second-degree felony charges of burglary in regard to a Feb. 5 incident in Walbridge.
According to police and court documents, the three men are alleged to have broke in the back door of a Wilber Street residence. Property from the home was taken and placed into a vehicle parked in the driveway.
Three other Ohio residents are listed as co-defendants and each were indicted with multiple felonies. Douglas Alan Griffith, 45, and Jontana A. Griffith, 25, both of Franklin and Alexandra Nicole Turner, 23, of Trenton, were each indicted with theft, receiving stolen property, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and possession of heroin.
According to court documents, merchandise was stolen from other Best Buy sores in Ohio and presented Feb. 14 in Perrysburg, with total merchandise valued at more than $3,500.
Each count for two of the defendants includes specifications for possible forfeiture of cash or property. (A 2006 Chevrolet Cavalier and an Office Max gift card for Turner $87 and a Staples gift card for Douglas Griffith.)
Samantha R. Clayton, 26, of North Baltimore, was indicted with theft for a Dec. 28 incident involving a debit/credit card without authorization.
Earlier this year, Clayton was also charged with trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances.
Others indicted include:
•    Johnnie Deangelo Saunders, 29, of Toledo, was charged with safecracking and forgery in regard to a $150 check. The safecracking charge involved taking money from the safe of a Northwood business.
•    Christopher S. Harless, 22, of Findlay, for receiving stolen property
•    Andre L. Cowart, 42, of Cleveland, receiving stolen property and having weapons while under disability.
•    Xzavier A. Matthews, 21, and Thomas M. Damron, 23, both of Toledo, each for escape in separate cases
•    Brandy Pearce, 23, of Risingsun, for aggravated possession of drugs
•    George E. Taylor, 42, of Toledo for aggravated possession of drugs
•    Alexjandro Nmi Williams, 42, of Toledo for possession of cocaine
•    Kathleen Woods, 46, of Toledo for aggravated trafficking
•    Robert O. Bremer, 33, of Malinta, aggravated trafficking and aggravated possession of drugs.
In addition to those indicted, bills of information were handed up for three individuals. They are:
•    Chad Raymond Schmieder, 33, of Toledo, for theft of a credit card and in regard to its use in the amount of $1,428.
•    Lewis Wingard Hickson, 27, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for aggravated possession of drugs
•    A 24-year-old Bowling Green man for domestic violence.
