|Computer skills taught Tuesdays at county library|

Starting Tuesday and continuing through May, the Wood County District Public Library will offer a series of free workshop designed to teach basic computer skills.
Topics covered will include using the library's online catalog, introductions to computers and Windows, the Internet and using Gmail, and using Microsoft Word. Two workshops are scheduled in March.
Library Catalog 101, on Tuesday at 11 a.m. and repeated at 7 p.m. focuses on helping users get the most from WCDPL's online catalog.
Introduction to Computers, scheduled March 19 at 11 a.m., acquaints users with the basics of computer hardware, storage devices, types of software, and the Windows operating system.
Registration is required. Call the Information Desk at (419) 352-5104 to reserve a place and for more information about the Technology Tuesday series.
