Wood County Common Pleas Court General Division Judges Robert Pollex, Reeve Kelsey and Alan Mayberry, as
well as Wood County Probate and Juvenile Court Judge David Woessner, have organized administratively for
2014.
By statutory requirements of the Ohio Revised Code as well as the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts
of Ohio, judges are required to meet and make appointments annually.
Pollex has been selected as administrative judge for 2014. As administrative judge, Pollex is responsible
for the overall administration of docket and calendar for the court. The administrative judge also
oversees a wide variety of administrative matters for the General Division of the Court of Common Pleas.

For 2014, Woessner will act as presiding judge. Duties of the presiding judge include, but are not
limited to, calling and conducting meetings of the common pleas judges; making a variety of appointments
and designations; as well as several other statutory functions.
Wood County Common Pleas Court judges further named Kelsey as the court security judge and as the court’s
representative to the Maumee Conservancy District Court. Mayberry was named the primary general division
judge assigned to the probate and juvenile divisions as necessary.
