Bowling Green Police are awaiting toxicology results before charging a city woman who crashed a vehicle
into a 114-year-old West Wooster Street House last week.
Maj. Tony Hetrick of the Bowling Green Police Division indicated that they have sent a blood sample from
Eleesha Long, 21, to Lucas County to be tested. SEE MORE PHOTOS
He said suspicion remains that Long was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the crash.
The crash was reported at 804 W. Wooster St. at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday. Long was westbound on West Wooster
when she failed to negotiate a turn and drove over the curb, striking the historic home’s covered porch.

The impact caused a portion of the porch’s roof to collapse, and there was significant damage to brick
work.
She sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Charges are pending the toxicology results.
