Chamber hosts HR workshop PDF Print E-mail

The Business Council of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce will hold the next session in its series of Human Resources workshops, "Building A Great Workplace," June 4 at 8 a.m.
This workshop is entitled "What do Employees Want in a A Great Workplace? T.R.U.S.T.!", and will be held in the conference room of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, 163 N. Main St.
The workshop will focus on:
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Team Focus: Make sure the team is healthy and focused on results and not just activity.
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Respect: Fostering conversations that have equal amounts of candor and respect when conflict arises.
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Unraveling and re-examining workplace policies and procedures.
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Setting an example for employees.
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Trusting team members to do their job.
The program will be presented by Dave Tippett.
