NORTHWOOD - A vehicle belonging to a Perrysburg resident was stolen Sunday night while he was inside of a gas station.
The incident occurred just after 11:30 p.m. at the Shell gas station in the 2000 block of Oregon Road.
According to a police report, the owner parked his vehicle outside the front door and went inside the station to purchase some items. The vehicle was left running, with the keys inside and headlights on.
Upon coming back outside the man noticed the vehicle was no longer there, and was exiting on Oregon Road heading north.
The vehicle was a maroon 1997 Chrysler LHS.
