Perrysburg man injured when car strikes pool, house, starts fire PDF Print E-mail

A Perrysburg man was injured Saturday afternoon when the car he was driving on Ohio 199 in Webster Township went off the roadway and struck a house a 22380 Route 199 near Dowling Road.
The Bowling Green Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that Thomas A. Bosse, 45, was operating a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis northbound on Route 199 about 2:50 p.m.
He was transported to Wood County Hospital with minor injuries.
The vehicle struck a fence surrounding a pool along and the house. Both the vehicle and the house caught on fire and were later extinguished.  There was one occupant within the house and two occupants in the pool that were removed to safety, without injuries.
