|Canadian trucker dies in I-75 crash just south of BG|

The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Bowling Green Post continues to investigate a single-vehicle fatal crash that occurred today at approximately 5:27 a.m. on Interstate 75 near Milepost 178 in Portage Township,.
According to the patrol, Wayne Wyatt, 59, Chatham, Ontario, was driving a 2013 Volvo commercial tractor-trailer north on Interstate 75 when he traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned on its left side.
Wyatt was taken to Wood County Hospital by Mid County EMS where he was pronounced deceased.
Mid County Fire and Rescue, and VJ’s Towing assisted troopers at the scene; the crash remains under investigation.
