BSAF seeks volunteers PDF Print E-mail

The Black Swamp Arts Festival, which opens Sept. 7 and continues through Sept. 9 is still in need of volunteers.
Deborah Jordan, coordinator of volunteers said the festival has these slots open:
• On the Saturday of the festival - serving beer in Beer Garden from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; gate monitors from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. ; and checking identifications and selling beer tickets, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• On Sunday - gate monitors, checking identifications and selling beer tickets and merchandise sales, all day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Volunteers can sign up at on the website blackswamparts.org or by calling Jordan at (419) 575-1132.
It takes about 600 volunteers to stage the annual three-day festival in downtown Bowling Green.
