Sept. 28 citations:
Driving under suspension (two counts), defective exhaust: Charles Frye, Van Wert.
Nuisance party: Adam Condeni, BG; Nathaniel Smith, BG.
Operating vehicle while under the influence, prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.212), marked lanes: Joshua Hopkins, BG.

Accidents occurred:
Sept. 28
•    at South Main Street and Clough Street. Joshua Lewis, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a collision with Kevin Sexton, Cincinnati.
•    at West Gypsy lane Road and Springhill Drive. Paige Dauterman, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a collision with Debra Knowlton, BG.

Theft of a bicycle was reported in the 100 block of Ordway Avenue.
Numerous pairs of glasses and accessories, as well as a cell phone, was reported taken in the 1000 block of Scott Hamilton Avenue.
Theft of a cell phone was reported in the 100 block of North Main Street.
In the 100 block of North Main Street, Kayle Boise, 19, and Summer Hicks, 19, both of BG, were cited for fighting. At the same location, Haley Avery, 19, BG, and Davis Lloyd, 19, Sylvania, were cited for fighting. Lloyd was taken to Wood County Hospital.
In the 100 block of North Prospect Street, Derrick Croley, 19, Toledo, was arrested for criminal mischief and underage under the influence. Heaven Leach-Benarth, 19, Toledo, was also arrested for underage under the influence and criminal trespass. Both were taken to jail. She was also cited, in a separate incident, for fighting and underage under the influence. In that incident, two male juveniles were cited for underage under the influence and taken to JDC. One of those males was first taken to Wood County Hospital.
In the 100 block of North Prospect Street, a man advised he was struck by a black male who left the scene in a gray car.
In the 100 block of North Summit Street, Charles Harris III, 18, BG, was arrested for fighting, underage under the influence, criminal trespass and obstructing official business; Razvan Crisan, 18, Middleburg Heights, was arrested for underage under the influence and criminal trespass; and Shannon Smith, 18, Brunswick, was arrested for underage under the influence and criminal trespass. All were taken to jail.

Sept. 29 citations:
Operating a vehicle while under the influence, prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.096), marked lanes: Thomas Steele, BG.
Unable to care for self: Antonio Tijernia, Toledo.
Underage under the influence: Austin Ottney, Elmore.
Expired registration: Cara Celek, Fremont.
Soliciting without a permit: Amber Boyer, Beaverton, Ore.
Traffic control device: Nicholas Bammel, BG; Bereket Shibeshi, BG.

In the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue, Kyle Teel, 22, Norwalk, was arrested for criminal trespass and taken to jail. He was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
In City Lot 1, Justin Curry, 19, Perrysburg, was arrested for underage under the influence, unable to care for self, and altered ID, and was taken to jail.
In the 300 block of East Napoleon Road, Joshua Hopkins, 22, BG, was arrested for unable to care for self and taken to jail.
