BGSU takes home Addy Awards

Bowling Green State University received several honors Feb. 27 at the Addy Awards, taking home a number
of recognitions. Hosted by the Advertising Club of Toledo, the annual event recognizes creativity in
marketing, advertising and publications.
The BGSU Office of Marketing and Communications team, directed by Robin Gerrow, chief communications
officer, and Fred Connor, senior director of marketing, took home Silver Addy’s in Publication Design –
Magazine Series, Magazine Design, and Cross Platform Campaign for the BGSU Admissions "U"
campaign.
The team took home Bronze Addys in Sales Kit for the "U" campaign viewbook and Branded
Environment for exterior "U" campaign displays.
BGSU students also walked away winners, taking home a Silver Addy for The Straight and Narrow Project.
Jenn Stucker, assistant professor of graphic design, and Amy Fidler, lecturer in graphic design, led the
student team. The student designers were: Andrea Depaoli, Angie Baker, Ashley Lawson, Chelsea Kopfman,
Jacob Parr, Kelly Hopple, Kevin Cornett, Lila Marty, Lindsy Buser, Melanie Griffith, Tyler Oberhouse,
and Zach Minnich.
