A Bowling Green State University student was found dead in his off-campus apartment Tuesday
Frank Septaric, 24, Catawba, was in his apartment at 930 E. Wooster St., at 3:45 p.m.
Bowling Green Police responded to a check-the-welfare request from Septaric’s two roommate, who told police the bedroom door was locked and the man hadn’t been seen all day.
When police arrived, they found the door unlocked but there was a pitbull in the room.
Police said friends reported Septaric was depressed, and there were several incidents when police were called to check his welfare.
The coroner is conducting an investigation.
