Representatives of Accenture provided an overview of its report containing recommendations they say could save Bowling Green State University as much as $85 million over the next 10 years.
The 22 changes affect programs across the university from reducing the number of general education courses to possibly closing the bookstore.
Most had to do with administrative functions, including centralizing student services.
The report also called for trying to negotiate lower rates from the municipal power system and using more geothermal and solar power as a way of reducing costs.
The Sentinel-Tribune will have a full report in Thursday’s edition.
