East Wooster Street at Dunbridge Road has been reopened to traffic this morning.
However, Dunbridge Road between Wooster Street and Poe Road remains closed to through traffic.
The closures were the result of 15 utility poles toppling in a storm late Sunday night.
Traffic may use Dunbridge Road from Poe Road to access businesses, except for the Meijer store. Meijer may be accessed from Wooster Street.
Traffic can also use South Dunbridge Road.
Assistant Municipal Administrator Lori Tretter said work is moving forward to restore electrical service to one residence and two industrial concerns on Dunbridge Road.
