this month.
Tricia Miller, 29, Bowling Green, was arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop and taken to jail. She was
charged with drug trafficking. Heroin was also reportedly found in her possession.
She was wanted for selling heroin to a 30-year-old Bowling Green man who died of a suspected overdose
March 1. The death is still under investigation pending toxicology results.
Bowling Green Police Chief Brad Conner said police were tipped off two weeks ago, and that led to an
investigation that Tricia Miller may have supplied the drugs.
Her husband, James M. Gill, 33, and brother, Mark R. Miller, 26, also of Bowling Green, were later
arrested Wednesday at the Millers’ Jackson Street home when police conducted a search warrant.
Gill was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.
Mark Miller was wanted on an active warrant for an underage alcohol offense in 2007 and charged with
possession of Schedule III drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A preliminary hearing is set for Tricia Miller on Wednesday. She remains in jail.
Gill was to be arraigned Monday.
Mark Miller has an initial appearance with an attorney scheduled for March 19.
