Bowling Green’s Board of Education decided Saturday to hold classes Feb. 17 instead of taking the
scheduled Presidents Day holiday.
The day will make up one of the days lost due to weather conditions.
The board is also working on additional steps to cover issues related to weather and missing school days.

The action was taken during an emergency board meeting.
