BG Police investigate counterfeit $100 bill PDF Print E-mail

Bowling Green Police are investigating a counterfeit currency incident which took place on Friday,
At approximately 3:20 p.m. the BGPD took a report of an individual attempting to pass counterfeit $100 bills at Circle K on South Main Street. The suspect left the area on foot northbound from the area of South Side 6.
The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 50 years of age wearing a blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and a ball cap. The suspect had not been arested as of this morning.
The police are asking businesses to carefully inspect any currency in large denominations and, if any currency is suspicious or a person matching the description is observed, contact the BGPD.
