BG POLICE
The theft of nearly $51 in gasoline was reported Feb. 7 in the 300 block of South Main Street.
Damage to a vehicle was reported at Scott Hamilton Avenue and High Street.
Theft of a bottle of rum by a juvenile was reported Feb. 7 at Kroger, North Main Street.

Pedestrian control device: Trevor Ishee, Norwalk.
In City Lot 4, Daniel Arbogast, 20, Carey, was arrested for obstructing official business, underage
possession, and prohibited acts, and was taken to jail. He was also cited for open container and public
urination.
In the 100 block of East Wooster Street, a vehicle reportedly struck a series of trash cans and another
vehicle.

• at 1169 S. Main St. Philip McGill, Maumee, was cited for failure to yield from a left turn after a
collision with Stacey McCartney, Rudolph.
All four tires of a vehicle were flattened in the overnight hours in the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue.
There was also damage to the radio, and smokeless tobacco and juice were reportedly spread all over the
interior.

At City Lot 4, three male subjects were given warnings for criminal mischief after they reportedly
attempted to overturn a dumpster.
At Klotz Road and Napoleon Road, Colin Holmes, 24, Toledo, was arrested for operating a vehicle while
under the influence/refusal, state OVI, driving under suspension, right-of-way at a stop sign,
compliance with order of a police officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to jail.

after a collision with Dinah Tetteh, BG.
