Driving under suspension: Meagan Hardy, BG; Merrill Koos Jr., Grand Rapids; Ryan Springer, Perrysburg.
Expired registration: Juan Resendiz, Pemberville.
Expired registration, no motorcycle safety equipment: Adam Berkle, BG.
Falsification: Tiffany Barry, BG.
Improper display: Duane Dierksheide, Pemberville.
Prohibited acts: Michelle Matash, BG.
Traffic control device: Garrett Lindamood, BG.SClBAccidents occurred:
Dec. 4
•    at North Main Street and East Merry Avenue. Curtis Deffenbaugh, BG, was cited for lanes of travel after a collision with Erica Stone, Perrysburg.
•    at 240 W. Poe Road. Lily Snyder, BG, was cited for reasonable control after a crash.
•    at East Wooster Street and North Enterprise Street. Jeffrey Sweeney II, BG, was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a collision with Lauren Wagner, BG.

A grill and propane tank, valued at $300, was stolen in the 300 block of Bentwood Lane.
In the 200 block of East Napoleon Road, a Playstation 3 game console was reported stolen.
A man reported that his food stamp card was stolen.

Dec. 5 citations:
Driving under suspension: Jeremiah Frymier, BG.
Expired registration, temporary permit violation: Abdullah A. Almarwani, BG.
Driving under suspension: Terrell Northington, Detroit; Devon Peters, BG.
Having earphone while driving: Chad Farmer, Harrison.
No operator's license, unsafe motor vehicle: Kendrell English, Toledo.
A shoplifting incident was reported at a business in the 1000 block of East Wooster Street.

BG POLICE
Theft of $4 in cash and a debit card was reported Dec. 5 in the 1000 block of Klotz Road.
Damage to the locks of a door and a car was reported in the 100 block of East Evers Avenue. Damage was estimated at $150.
A theft incident was reported in the 900 block of Mourning Dove Lane.
Dec. 6 citations:
Disorderly conduct: Brett Deutschman, BG.
Driving under suspension: Jessica Flowers, BG; Gilda Monge, BG; Eric Valentine, Holland.
Driving under suspension (two counts), right-of-way from a left turn: Charles Florence, Toledo.
Expired registration, no front plate: Shijie Jin, BG.
Traffic control device: Amy Cooper, BG.
Disorderly conduct: Ryan Wilens, BG.

Zarkee Hall, 24, Lima, was taken to jail for criminal trespass and intoxicated person in roadway in the 100 block of East Wooster Street.
Accidents occurred:
Dec. 6 accidents:
•    at 1504 E. Wooster St. Jose Centeno Jr., Cygnet, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a collision with Thor Oertli, Waterville.
•    at 103 N. Prospect St. Joshua Legg, BG, was cited for no operator's license and failure to maintain reasonable control after striking the Circle K building. His passenger, James Legg, BG, was cited for possession of marijuana (less than 100 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two fraud incidents were reported in the city.
The window of a vehicle was broken out in the 400 block of Clough Street.
In the 700 block of East Napoleon Road, Jericho Hooker, Javonne Simpson, and Marquell Wilson, all of BG, were cited for nuisance party. Joshua Kelly, BG, was cited for possession of marijuana (less than 100 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taran Kimbrough, BG, was cited for possession of marijuana.
