Under a plea agreement, prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe-Gebers indicated that Steinmiller, 31, of Brim Road, and his attorney, Alan Konop, have stipulated to a term of 10 years in prison for the offenses, though that may change when sentence is imposed.
The infant died on May 5, 2012. According to information presented by Howe-Gebers, the child suffered numerous broken bones, fractures and burns.
