A man was arrested on Liberty Street on charges of theft, drug charges and a warrant Tuesday.
Bowling Green Police report that they arrested Justin Keezer, 32, Bowling Green, at a residence in the 100 block of Liberty Street after he reportedly took $180 dollars from the purse of a resident there. He additionally had an active warrant out of Napoleon.
Keezer was reportedly staying at the home, and $175 was recovered.
Police report that they then found a plastic baggie under a couch where Keezer was seated containing what appeared to be drug paraphernalia, as well as "loaded" hypodermic needles that were to be analyzed for narcotics. He was additionally chaged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug abuse.
