A city man was arrested early this morning for domestic violence following an incident in which he reportedly resisted arrest.
Bowling Green police were called to the scene, in the 800 block of Klotz Road, at 1:33 a.m.
Maj. Tony Hetrick indicated that the suspect, Jeffrey Kill, 44, was non-compliant and would not allow himself to be handcuffed by officers.
Hetrick indicated that an officer deployed a shoulder blade strike maneuver to get one of Kill's arms out from underneath him. He was subsequently taken into custody.
Kill was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.
