Four men are facing conviction for rape and/or other sexual offenses.
One of those men is charged with gross sexual imposition involving a 5-year-old girl.
A Bowling Green man has been indicted with rape and two counts of sexual battery; while a Weston man is facing two counts of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and possessing criminal tools. A Haskins man is facing one count of illegal use of a minor charge, as well as two burglary counts and receiving stolen property; and yet another man is in jail on a gross sexual imposition charge. The last three are all facing other felony offenses from prior court filings.
Andrew Palm, 34, of Toledo and currently listed in jail, was indicted for gross sexual imposition for his actions from May 18, 2002 through March 31 involving his alleged contact with a 5-year-old girl. It is a third-degree felony.
Dustin Radcliff, 31, a resident of West Wooster Street, was indicted with rape and two counts of sexual battery for a March 17 incident, involving a 23-year-old female victim. The one battery count alleges the victim was unaware the act was being committed. The other counts indicate her impaired capacity.
He previously was indicted with burglary and two counts of grand theft in regard to the theft of two firearms on the same day.
Thomas D. Folk, 50, of Weston, was indicted with two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance for his actions alleged on Aug.1, 2011. Both indicate a specification regarding a prior conviction for similar offenses in 2005. He was also charged with possessing criminal tools in regard to a laptop computer from July 12 last year.
Folk is also awaiting trial on two similar counts of illegal use of a minor. The two-day jury trial is scheduled to commence on June 12. As the new charges are related, it is possible the cases will be combined.
Keith Martin Stetler, 18, of Haskins, was indicted for voyeurism, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, two counts of burglary and receiving stolen property.
His charges includes a firearm specification for the receiving stolen property and both burglary counts from incidents Nov. 10 and Dec. 14 last year as well as April 6 this year. His voyeurism and illegal use of a minor counts involve a 16-year-old female on April 7.
Stetler is also facing one grand theft charge currently pending in the courts from a Dec. 5 incident which includes a firearm specification for the theft of a .22 caliber rifle. A pre-trial in that case is scheduled for May 24.
