22 indicted by county grand jury

One man charged with sex crimes and another charged with intimidation were among 22 people indicted this
week by a Wood County grand jury.
Floyd N. Wiley Jr., 49, Toledo, was indicted on one count of rape and two counts of gross sexual
imposition in incidents reported in December, 2008 and December, 2009.
According to the indictment, the rape count and one of the GSI counts involved a then-7-year-old child.
The rape count, a first-degree felony, notes that the alleged victim was less than 10 years old. The
second GSI count involved an alleged victim who was also between the ages of 7 and 8 when the incidents
reportedly occurred.
Jack VanCamp, 40, Luckey, was indicted on two counts of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in
a criminal case. The indictment states that between Feb. 1 to Feb. 7 of this year, VanCamp threatened an
attorney and a witness involved in a criminal case.
Also indicted were:
• Joseph Bain, 26, Toledo: theft from an elderly person or disabled adult.
• Brandon Barfell, 21, Findlay: two counts of felonious assault, domestic violence.
• Erika Barto, 33, Toledo: grand theft.
• Jeremiah Butler, 34, Sylvania: passing bad checks.
• Robert Chapman, 55, Toledo: theft.
• Teodoro Gonzales III, 37, Napoleon: operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of
abuse or a combination of them.
• Laron Gregory, 34, Toledo: promoting prostitution.
• Lori Hanna, 46, Millbury: possession of heroin.
• Shawn Kimbrough, 27, Asheville, NC: possession of heroin.
• Thomas Kline, 29, Hoytville: theft.
• Rashawnda Lomas, 26, Wauseon: two counts each of misuse of credit cards, forgery, and receiving stolen
property.
• Zachary Marcinek, 22, Rossford: aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin.
• Armani Moseley, 26, Mt. Clemons, Mich.: illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a
specified government facility, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin.
• Alan Nagel, 36, Toledo: two counts of domestic violence.
• William Patterson, 32, North Baltimore: failure to appear as required by recognizance.
• Sergio Pecina, 33, Toledo: felonious assault.
• Dale Riley, 35, Findlay, Sean McCormick, 24, Van Buren, and Teri Roof, 26, Hoytville: theft, two counts
of receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools.
• Latanya Wilson, 38, Loraine: identity fraud, tampering with evidence.
Bills of information were handed up for:
• De Andre Koonce-Christian, 20, Toledo: attempted robbery.
• Deangelo Smith, 23, Detroit: forgery.
