Eleven vehicles were towed and one injury accident was reported in Bowling Green during Wednesday’s snow
storm.
Under the city’s snow emergency, 11 vehicles were both ticketed and towed and five received tickets only
due to being parked on snow streets.
Police handled a total of eight crashes, including one involving a city snow plow, and an injury accident
involving an ODOT plow.
In that cash, at 8:45 a.m., Robin Belleville, Bowling Green, was eastbound on West Wooster when the ODOT
plow, driven by Andrew Beaverson, Bowling Green, pulled out after stopping at a stop sign on Mitchell
Road.
Beaverson reportedly did not see Belleville, who struck the plow.
Belleville was taken to Wood County Hospital by Mid-County 120 EMS with possible injuries.
Beaverson was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign.
