Area women are invited to attend Ladies Day Out, a free, half-day women’s health program hosted by
Wood County Hospital on Nov. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.The morning will be filled with health information of
concern to women from the health experts at Wood County Hospital and other medical organizations. Other
activities include health screenings, exhibits, refreshments and prizes.The program includes three breakout
sessions that cover a variety of topics including: Eating Healthy on a Budget, Communicating with your Aging
Relatives, Gluten Free Eating, and Inspiration through Relaxation, Skin Care, and Preparing for a Disaster.
Participants can select the three sessions of their choice.The featured speaker is Margaret Montague,
executive coach. She will speak about how women can own their own power and what becomes possible when they
do.Although the program is free, participants are asked to bring one non-perishable food item to be donated
to the Bowling Green Food Pantry.The event will be held in the hospital meeting rooms at 950 W. Wooster St.
