Sarah Mensik and Cody Bauman were united in marriage Feb. 15 in a 3:30 p.m. ceremony at Glassy Mountain
Chapel in Landrum, S.C.
The groom is the son of Ken and Sandy Bauman, Bowling Green. The bride is the daughter of Rich and Darcy
Mensik, Travelers Rest, S.C.
Escorted down the aisle by her father, the bride wore a slim sheath-style tank gown. It featured a beaded
and embroidered bodice, all-over white lace detail and an illusion back for a lavish vintage style.
The Vitamin String Quartet provided music for the ceremony.
A reception was held at Soby’s Loft in Greenville, S.C.
The newlyweds are now making their home in Greenville.
The groom graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2005 and Bowling Green State University in 2009. He
is employed by the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
The bride, a 2006 graduate of Crystal Lake Central High School, is employed in pediatric therapy.
