PEMBERVILLE - Bethlehem Lutheran Church was the setting for the March 2 wedding of Nicole Gibbons and Andrew Bowlus.
Pastor Jim Miller conducted the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Anthony and Tracey Holliday, Pemberville, and Mike Gibbons, Toledo. The groom's parents are Tom and Shelley Bowlus, Luckey.
Escorted down the aisle by Anthony Holliday, the bride wore a white corset lace-up gown with a cathedral-length veil.
Tricia Barr, Pemberville, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Rayann Keivens, Holland, and Katie Stobinski of Michigan, both cousins of the bride; Michelle Nachtrab, Luckey; Victoria Albright, Oakton, Va.; Gina Knott, Delta; Christi Lahey, Columbus, and Julie Renner, Wapakoneta.
Zach Bowlus, Toledo, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Nolan Nachtrab and Jacob Speck, both of Luckey; Eric Dueschel, Chicago; and brothers of the bride Michael Gibbons and Nathan Holliday, both of Pemberville.
Kristin Stobinski was pianist for the ceremony.
A reception was held at Freeport Hall, Wayne, with music furnished by Decorative Sound.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica.
The bride graduated from Eastwood High School in 2005 and from Bowling Green State University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies. She is employed as a Sandusky County probation officer.
The groom graduated from Eastwood in 2004 and received an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Owens Community College in 2007, followed by a B.S. in Applied Health Science from BGSU. He earned a master's degree in biomedical sciences with a focus in physician assistant from the University of Toledo in 2011. He currently works as a physician assistant in the emergency department at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton.
