GRAND RAPIDS – Lindsey M. Chapman became the bride of Aaron Shaffer on Dec. 28 in the chapel of Nazareth
Hall.
The 3:30 p.m. ceremony was conducted by Jeff Cobb.
The bride is the daughter of John and Vanessa Chapman, Bowling Green. The groom is the son of Carol and
Jim Briggs, Lima.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless satin, lace and tulle full A-line gown from
Bridal by Kotsovos. It featured a sweetheart neckline adorned with hand-beaded lace trim, pleated satin
empire bust line with embellished beaded lace midriff, and a matching beaded lace appliqu?© on the skirt
extending to the scalloped hemline.
Bridesmaids were sisters of the bride Jessica Southard of Lebanon, Ohio, and Amanda Eckert, Pemberville.

Dominic Eckert of Pemberville, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
Brad Bischop, Lima, served as best man.
Groomsman was Stephen Shaffer, Lima, brother of the groom.
Music for the ceremony was provided by the Asteria Strings Quartet, Toledo.
A reception was held in the Cadet West ballroom at Nazareth Hall, with DJ music furnished by Decorative
Sounds, Toledo.
The newlyweds are making their home in Shawnee, Kansas.
The bride graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2000 and from Iowa State University in 2004. She is
employed by Proctor and Gamble in Kansas City.
The groom graduated from Shawnee High School in 1991 and is employed by Rawhide, Harley Davidson, in
Olathe, Kansas.
