Katie Ludwig weds Jon Lambert PDF Print E-mail

GRAND RAPIDS - Katie Ludwig and Jon Lambert were united in marriage Sept. 21 in an outdoor ceremony at the home of the bride's parents.
Brian Scott Fletcher officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jeffery and Barbara Ludwig, U.S. 6, Grand Rapids. The groom is the son of Jeffery and Suzan Lambert, Whitehouse.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white strapless ball gown with embellished waist.
Emily Ludwig, cousin of the bride, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Molly Lashaway; Natalie Lambert, sister in-law of the bride; Megan Riffner; Alison Schwab; Whitney Veller. cousin of the bride; and Chyanne Richmond, niece of the bride. The attendants all wore knee-length, plum colored dresses with single shoulder straps.
Penny Ludwig, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. She wore a white gown.
Ring bearer was Trent Thompson, nephew of the groom.
Trent Meier, Grand Rapids, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Matt Lambert, Michael Lambert and Joe Lambert, all brothers of the groom; Danny Richmond, brother of the bride; and Josh Bloomfield.
Michael Perkins was vocalist.
A reception was held at the Bavarian Haus, Deshler.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon cruise to Mexico and Key West, Fla. They are now at home at 13800 Ludwig Road, Grand Rapids.
The bride, a 2004 graduate of Otsego High School, is employed as a secretary.
The groom, a 2005 Otsego graduate, is a landscaper.
