WALBRIDGE - Jessica Kathryn Laytart became the bride of Jason Alexander Brown on Sept. 28 at Glass City Boardwalk Banquet Hall.
Jason Worthen officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dot Barnes, Bowling Green, and Chuck and Kristie Laytart, McClure. The groom is the son of  Nelson and Joyce Brown, Euclid.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a soft white one-shoulder bodice chiffon gown with ruching gathered to the side. The single strap was embellished with beaded floral accents. The bridal comb fingertip veil was made by the bride's mother from the veil worn at her wedding to the bride's father.
Caitlin Thompson, Bowling Green, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaid was Nichole Jackson of Euclid, sister of the groom. The attendants wore floor-length apple red strapless chiffon gowns with empire waists and beading along the sweetheart neckline.
Akayla Barnes, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl. She wore a soft white satin tea-length ball gown with wide spaghetti straps and an apple red sash.
Ring bearer was Jason Alexander Brown II, son of the bride and groom.
Sean Jackson of Euclid, brother-in-law of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsman was Carter Laytart of Bowling Green, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Parker Barnes of Bowling Green, brother of the bride, and Sean Jackson Jr., nephew of the groom.
Violinist was Grace Baker, grandmother of the bride.
The reception followed in the Glass City Boardwalk Banquet Hall, with music furnished by Decorative Sounds.
Following a wedding trip to Port Clinton and the Erie Islands, the newlyweds are at home at 1436 Picadilly Lane, Maumee.
The bride graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2009 and is employed by ProMedica Paramount as a call center representative.
The groom, a 2004 graduate of Cleveland Heights High School, is employed as a customer service representative for Savers.
