Christopher and Debra Carter announce the engagement of their daughter, McKenzie Carter of Bowling Green,
to Edsel Swisher of Wauseon. He is the son of Beth Swisher and the late Mark Swisher.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Bowling Green High School. She is employed as an accounting clerk at Swan
Creek Candle Co.
Her fiancé is a 1998 graduate of Pike-Delta-York High School. He is currently employed as a foreman at
Mitch Cousino’s Hardscaping.
The couple plans to exchange vows July 12 at Christ United Methodist Church, Napoleon.
