Chris and Deb Carter, Bowling Green, announce
the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Marie, to Michael James Shriner, son of Larry Shriner, Waterville,
and Jill Shriner, Bowling Green.The bride-to-be graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2010 and expects
to graduate from the University of Toledo in May 2014 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.Shriner graduated from
Anthony Wayne High School in 2007 and is currently employed at Hanson Aggregates in Sylvania.They are
planning a Sept. 20, 2014 wedding at Holland Gardens.
