Diane Lee Chandler and Matthew John Kozlaker exchanged vows Aug. 1 on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The bride is the daughter of John Chandler Jr. and Sue Chandler of Risingsun.  The groom is the son of L. John Kozlaker, Toledo, and Patricia Kozlaker, Roundup, Mont.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless organza split front gown with a floral print inset.
A reception was held in an ocean-side restaurant at the Dreams Resort.
The couple's honeymoon was spent in Puerto Vallarta and included swimming with dolphins.
The bride graduated from Ohio State University in 1999 and the Toledo Police Academy in 2002.  She is a sergeant with the Toledo Police Department.
The groom graduated from the Toledo Police Academy in 2002 and is a Toledo police officer.
