Denise Youngs poker run to aid ovarian, lung cancer causes PDF Print E-mail

WAYNE - The sixth annual Denise Youngs Memorial Poker Run will be held June 15.
All proceeds will benefit local cancer patients, as well as ovarian and lung cancer research.
Registration is from 10 a.m. to noon at Friendly Ron's at 108 N. Center St., Wayne, with a new ride route planned for 2013. The last bike is in at 4 p.m. and the last stop is Friendly Ron's.
Bike games will follow at 4:30.
The day will feature door prizes, raffles, food and music. There will be $2,400 worth of cash prizes, including a $1,500 grand prize and $250 per winning hand.
There is a $10 donation per hand. All bikes and vehicles are welcome.
Ride in memory and in honor of all those who have fought the cancer battle.

Over $53,000 has been donated to cancer patients and research from this event in the past five years.
