BSG spring rituals held PDF Print E-mail

The Bowling Green Chapters of Beta Sigma Phi held their Spring Rituals at the Bowling Green Country Club on Sunday.
The Ritual of Jewels Degree was given to Kathryn DeVries of Xi Gamma Kappa Chapter. The ritual was read by Laura Schultes and assisted by Karen Greulich, Chris Nickey and Lynne Bell.
Vicki Harris of Alpha Zeta Master Chapter received the Laureate Degree. The officiants for the Laureate Ritual were Jean Lanning, Diane Beaverson and Brenda Babcock and assisted by Dee Miller.
The Master Degree was conferred upon Jere Carr of Xi Gamma Kappa Chapter and Darlene Hecht and Janet Parks of Alpha Delta Master Chapter. Karen Dauer, Schultes and Colleen Smith read the Master Ritual and were assisted by Betty Goodman and Linda Harden.
The Torchbearer Degree that was started in 2012 for members who have been in sorority for many years and have been in a Master chapter for 12 years was given to Mary Ann Book, Marilyn Glenn, Linda Harden and Colleen Smith, all of Alpha Zeta Master Chapter.
This is the highest degree in Beta Sigma Phi. The ritual was read by Judy Snyder, aided by Kim Thomas and Mary Tonjes.
A receiving line was formed to congratulate the recipients.
