Bridge Home Health & Hospice will be offering "Grief in Motion" support groups in both Bowling Green and Findlay during the month of April. These groups encourage participants to take part in healthy movement and discussion.
The Bowling Green group will meet April 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 315 S. College Drive.
The Findlay group's sessions are slated April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Findlay Family YMCA, 300 E. Lincoln St.
"Grief can be isolating and zap our energy," said Amber Wolfrom, Bridge bereavement coordinator. "This group is designed to provide grief support for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, as well as exercises that will help reduce stress and create energy."
Each group will be co-led by a grief specialist and a fitness instructor. Exercises will accommodate all fitness levels. Attendance at each of the sessions is strongly encouraged.
The series is free to attend, but pre-registration is required and must be made by April 1. To register, call Bridge Hospice at 419-423-5351 or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
