Bridge Bereavement Services will be holding a program in Bowling Green and Findlay for children who have
lost a loved one. The program, called Sprouting Hope, allows children ages 6 through 12 to come together
with their peers to participate in activities that will help them express their feelings, create lasting
memories of their loved one and have fun at the same time.
Sprouting Hope will be held April 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Rotary Nature Center off Wintergarden
Road. The program will also be offered April 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Aller and Davis Rooms at
Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
At both sessions, dinner will be provided for children in attendance. Parents are invited to return at
7:15 p.m. to participate in the closing ceremony.
This event is offered through Bridge’s Group STAR (Special Times Always Remembered).
RSVP for both the Bowling Green and Findlay programs is required and can be made by calling Bridge at
1-800-982-3306 or e-mailing Jill Gilgenbach, bereavement coordinator, at
