BG teen will compete for Miss Ohio title PDF Print E-mail

Sara Clark, 18, of Bowling Green, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Ohio Pageant to be held Sunday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Columbus.
The pageant is for females ages 16 to 18. Sunday's state winner will receive a $1,000 cash award, crown and banner, bouquet of roses, and air transportation to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland in California.
Clark, a 2013 graduate of Bowling Green High School, will be majoring in microbiology at the University of Cincinnati in the fall. Her activities during her senior year at BGHS included working at Bowling Green Manor, participation in Senior Studio art, and being the editor of the high school yearbook. A member of Wooden Horses 4-H Club and HorseBowl for Wood County, her team placed eighth in the state in 2012.
