Andrea Nicole Rossow and Peter Gerard Demers
were united in marriage on July 20 at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in Camden, Maine.Father Richard
Malo conducted the 1 p.m. sacrament of marriage.The bride is the daughter of Jim and Cindy Rossow, Bowling
Green. The groom is the son of Ron and Louise Demers, Rockport, Maine.Given in marriage by her parents, the
bride wore a white satin A-line dress with cap sleeves and chiffon split front with beading and metallic
embroidery.Megan Podges, Stow, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaid was Jen Munson of Lincolnville, Maine,
sister of the groom.The attendants wore watermelon pink satin knee-length dresses with V-necklines and
ruched waists.The ring bearer was "Axel," the groom’s father’s seeing-eye dog.Tom Dovi, Cortland,
N.Y., served as best man.Groomsman was Dave Munson, Lincolnville, groom’s brother-in-law.Ushers were Chase
Engle, Bowling Green, cousin of the bride, and David Munson, Lincolnville, nephew of the groom. Greeters
were Wyatt Munson, Lincolnville, nephew of the groom, and Jacob Wyatt, Pensacola, Fla., cousin of the
bride.Music for the ceremony was provided by Barbara Hendricks, pianist and vocalist, and Ray Comeau,
guitarist. The groom’s father sang and performed "There is Love" on guitar.A reception was held at
Whitehall Inn in Camden with music furnished by DJ Pat of Double Platinum Celebrations.The newlyweds
honeymooned in Boston, Washington D.C., and Charleston while they made their way back home to Jupiter,
Fla.The bride is a 2002 graduate of Bowling Green High School and 2006 graduate of Wittenberg University
with a B.A. in Business Management. She is employed as the teller supervisor at PNC Bank in Tequesta,
Fla.The groom graduated from Homer Central High School, Homer, N.Y., in 1992 and from SUNY-Cortland College
in 1997 with a B.A. in Political Science. He is currently the chief flight instructor at North County Flight
Training in West Palm Beach.
