LEGAL NOTICE Commercial Credit, whose last place of business is known as 1405 Bernath Parkway, Toledo, OH 43615, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on July 15, 2013, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For GSAMP Trust 2007-FM2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-FM2, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2013CV0403 in the Court of Common Pleas Wood County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Commercial Credit, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 28808 Starlight Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551-4675, PPN #P57-300-360405002000. The object of that civil action is to forfeit certain property, namely: $23,214.00 in U.S. Currency; a 2000 Freight liner semi-tractor and trailer, bearing VIN 1FUYDSEB7YPF96431 and Georgia license plate IC3N76; and a 1992 Lincoln Town Car, bearing VIN 1LNLM82W4NY696786 and Ohio license plate EQS4880.
