INVITATION TO BID SEALED BIDS for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction of the ROSSFORD HILLSIDE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER SS #5004 AND WATERLINE #5001 NORTHWESTERN WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT will be received by the Northwestern Water and Sewer District, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time) Friday, December 20, 2013 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond.
