Notice to Bid The Lake Township Trustees will accept sealed bids at the Township Administration Office, 27975 Cummings Rd., Millbury, Ohio, 43447 until 5:00 pm, November 19, 2013 for a three (3) year contract for Waste Collection services including the weekly collection, removal and disposal of all waste materials from residences, municipal buildings, parks and other places. The contract also covers the collection, removal and proper disposition of recyclables. The contract is to commence on or about January 1, 2014. Bid documents, general instructions and specifications can be obtained at the Township Administration office from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday or call 419-838-6536. A bid bond or cashiers check for five percent (5%) must accompany each bid. A performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) shall be issued by the successful bidder. All bidders must submit a statement that they are not charged at the time the bid was submitted with any delinquent personal property taxes as per R.C. Section 5719.17. All bidders must certify that they are in compliance with the campaign contribution limitations as required by R.C. 3517.13.
