explains thespecific differences from the specified items.The price to be good forone (1) year with the
option of renewing contract for second year.Allbids shall be signed and submitted on the Proposal form which
is boundin the specifications. Bid blanks shall not be removed from thespecifications. Bids shall state the
unit price on the blanks providedand shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name of
