YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, on September 24, 2013,
the Wood County Prosecutor’s Officeinitiated a civil action in the Wood County Court of Common Pleas in
acase captioned State of Ohio v. Khalil A. Khaled, et al., CaseNo. 2013-CV-0539.
The object of that civil action is to forfeit certainproperty, namely: $342,020.00 in U.S. Currency;
$8,134.00 in moneyorders, which are payable in blank; twenty-five (25) cases of“Ziparillos Cigarillos”;
and seven (7) cases of “Black & Milds.” Youmay have an interest in the property that is the
subject of thatforfeiture action. If you claim a lawful interest in the property thatis the subject of
that forfeiture action, then you are required toanswer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after
the lastpublication of this notice, which will be published once each week fortwo consecutive weeks. The
last publication will be made on October 5,2013. If you fail to answer or otherwise respond as required
by the OhioRules of Civil Procedure, then judgment by default may be renderedagainst you for the relief
