Legal Notice Charter Amendment For the City of Rossford Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sec. 731.211, notice is hereby given that, at the next general election, the following proposed charter amendment of the Charter of the City of Rossford shall be submitted to a vote of the electorate of the City of Rossford: ARTICLE IV, SECTION 3.0, Compensation The salary of the Mayor shall be Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) per year for the year commencing December 1, 2013. For such years thereafter, such salary shall be fixed and determined by the Council, but the salary of the Mayor shall not be increased or decreased during the term of office, subsequent to December 1, 2013, which he is serving. If the established salary of the Mayor is changed in respect to a succeeding term of office, such change must be made by the Council prior to the first day of July of the last year of the term then being served by the Mayor.
